Marcus Rashford sends message to Hansi Flick after Barcelona debut | OneFootball

Barcelona star Marcus Rashford has sent a message of commitment and belief the way of manager Hansi Flick.

This of course comes fresh off the Englishman taking to the pitch in the colours of the Blaugrana for the very first time.

Barcelona kicked the club’s pre-season tour of Asia into gear earlier today, in a friendly meeting with Japanese outfit Vissel Kobe.

When all was said and done, it was the visitors who emerged on the right side of the result, triumphing by three goals to one.

The aforementioned Marcus Rashford, meanwhile, was one of several Barca stars to manage his debut in the clash, introduced off the bench for the 2nd-half.

And as alluded to above, on the back of the full-time whistle in Kobe, the 27-year-old made use of the opportunity to make clear his complete and total commitment to manager Hansi Flick and his plans:

“I believe Flick can make me play good football and I think the reason I’m here is to help the team try to win. I’ll listen to any information I need to hear and I’ll try to apply it in the match and help the team move forward.”
