Marina Ferrari to attend France's World Cup opener against Senegal | OneFootball

Marina Ferrari, France's Minister for Sport, Youth and Community Life, will attend France's World Cup opener against Senegal on Tuesday.

The ministry said she would be in New York on Monday and Tuesday.

The match kicks off at 21:00 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, during a tournament running 11 June-19 July.

Ferrari has held the post since October 2025.

She will also use the trip to begin dialogue with the National Hockey League with a view to the 2028 Ice Hockey World Championship in France.

A meeting with American companies and French firms based in the United States is also planned, to be attended by FFF president Philippe Diallo.
