Marseille interested in Jordan Henderson | OneFootball

According to a report from Sky Sports Football, Olympique de Marseille are interested in signing England midfielder Jordan Henderson (35) on a free transfer from Ajax this summer. The former Liverpool captain posses a clause in his Ajax contract which means that he can move on from the Dutch club this summer if he activates it.Sky Sports News journalist Vinny O’Connor reports that there is a long way to go before any potential deal is finalised and that there is a chance the Three Lions midfielder could stay at Ajax. However, he reports that OM boss Roberto De Zerbi is keen on signing Henderson. Les Phocéens have already tied up deals for two Englishman this summer, signing Lille midfielder Angel Gomes (24) on a free transfer, before securing another free move for Burnley centre-back CJ Egan-Riley (22).
