Last season the west Londoners made history in the WFA Cup, making it to the third round proper for the first time in the club's history, eventually losing narrowly to Fulham Women.
On that historic run, Brentford beat two tier-four sides in Ascot United Women and Saltdean United Women, who were then two divisions above them.
Ashley Cheatley scored a memorable bicycle kick against Ascot, flicking the ball over her defender before acrobatically dispatching her strike.
The Bees made it five wins from five games at the start of their league campaign last weekend, comfortably beating Ebbsfleet United 3-0 in the driving rain.
Khyri McKenzie scored her second goal of the season early on in the fixture to get Brentford up and running.
Paula Holguin, making her first start since returning from injury, then made it two before half time after excellent work on the right from Chelsie Berry.
Maï Louvrier then scored her first goal in red and white with a smart left-footed finish to ensure that Williams' side left Kent with a clean sheet and all three points.
Following the win, the Bees now sit in second place behind Saltdean United who have also started perfectly, but boast a 21 goal difference compared to Brentford's 13.
After the game, Holguin spoke on her resilience in returning from injury.
"With injuries, it's been a long road to get here. To say I'm proud is an understatement," she said.
"It's always good to come out and get a goal, and impact the team in whatever way possible."
Tonbridge Angels play in the South East Counties Women's Football League, which is the seventh tier of women's football.
The Angels began their league season with an emphatic 8-0 win at Long Lane and progressed to this round of the WFA Cup with a penalty shootout victory over AFC Croydon Athletic and a 7-0 victory against Kings Hill.
Entry to Sunday's game at Yeomans Community Stadium will be available on the turnstile and will cost £5 for adults. The match is free to attend for under-16s.
The club will have updates of the game against Ebbsfleet on social media, as well as a match report and highlights on the club's official website and app.
