Soule, who joined Roma permanently from Juventus in the summer of 2024, has quickly become one of the club’s standout performers this season. His agent praised his attitude and growth, noting that Soule feels settled in the capital and fully focused on his performances.

“Mati is doing very well at the start of the season; he feels great at Roma,” his agent said. “His dream is to play in a World Cup. Everything is open at the moment, but I can tell you that he legally has the possibility of being called up by the Italian national team.”

The talent is yet to play even once for Argentina, even if he has been called up multiple times so far. This makes him legally eligible to play another nation, especially if he doesn’t make an appearance for Argentina.
