Maxime D’Arpino back in Lyon area with GOAL FC after 5-0 debut loss | OneFootball

Maxime D’Arpino has returned to the Lyon area with GOAL FC, but his first official outing ended in a 5-0 defeat to Cannes.

According to Le Progres, the former OL midfielder is pleased to be back locally after joining the club.

He accepted that the team were off the pace, called the collapse collective, and said a swift response is needed after the heavy setback.

D’Arpino came through Saint-Priest as a youngster, then progressed at OL, signing a professional contract in 2015.

A hard-working 29-year-old midfielder, his focus now is on helping GOAL FC react quickly.
