Mboma Dem leads FC Cincinnati over O&M FC and into the Round of 16 | OneFootball

CINCINNATI – The 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup continued with FC Cincinnati earning a 9-nil win against O&M FC in the second leg of their Round One series, winning 13-nil on aggregate, on Wednesday at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. 

The MLS side started its goal count with a right-footed shot from Kenji Mboma Dem in the 18’. Gerardo Valenzuela doubled FC Cincinnati's lead in the 27’, ready in the area to send the ball to the back of the net.

An own goal in the 33’ from Gabriel Castillo meant the third goal for FC Cincy. Tom Barlow added another for the MLS side minutes after, in the 35’, capitalizing on an assist from Mboma Dem.

Ademar Chavez increased the tally, with a left-footed volley in the 48’. Mboma Dem secured a brace, and the sixth goal for his team, in the 58’. 

Stiven Jimenez found the net once more in the 68’, delivering a right-footed shot from the edge of the area. Alvas Powell added his name to the scoresheet in the 78’.

Stefan Chirila scored the final goal of the evening in the 86’ with a left-footed shot in the box. 

FC Cincinnati advances to the Round of 16, where it will face off with Mexican side Tigres UANL.
