Mergin Berisha to leave Hoffenheim as free agent | OneFootball

1. FC Kaiserslautern have agreed a deal to sign Mergim Berisha from TSG Hoffenheim, according to Sky Germany.

The 27-year-old striker, who had fallen out of favour at Hoffenheim, will join the 2. Bundesliga side on a free transfer, with the deal reportedly including a significant sell-on clause.

Berisha struggled to make an impact during an injury-hit spell at the Sinsheim club following his €14 million move from Augsburg in the summer of 2023.

Now, the German international is hoping to revive his career at Die Roten Teufel, with the transfer expected to be confirmed later on Monday.
