Milan striker Marko Lazetic is expected in Scotland today to complete his transfer to Aberdeen, with the Rossoneri getting up to 50 per cent of the resale value.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the Serbian will fly out this evening and undergo his medical tests on Sunday, before putting pen to paper on the contract.
It will be effectively done for free with no money changing hands other than a nominal fee, but Milan will receive a large chunk of the future sale, potentially up to 50 per cent.
This is becoming an increasingly common tactic for the Rossoneri, who had a similar approach with Mattia Liberali joining Catanzaro this summer.

Lazetic is a 21-year-old Serbian centre-forward who had been on Milan’s books since the €4.9m move from Red Star Belgrade in January 2022.
However, he just went on a series of loan experiences at SCR Altach, Fortuna Sittard and most recently Backa Topola.
Last season, he scored three goals with one assist for the Serbian team.
It means Lazetic leaves Milan after just two appearances for a total of 12 minutes on the pitch.
