Empoli have fended off Lazio and Napoli for Jacopo Fazzini so far, but their starlets continue to be in high demand. The midfielder returned on the pitch versus Lecce. The Biancocelesti have signed Arijon Ibrahimovic from Bayern Munich instead.
According to Calciomercato, the Tuscan Azzurri will receive offers for Saba Goglichidze and Faustino Anjorin in the next couple of weeks. Milan have been impressed with the Georgian defender. His agent Luca Puccinelli has been in touch with their bass. The two teams have arranged a few deals in recent years. The last ones involved Lorenzo Colombo and Devis Vasquez.
Empoli are open to selling the center-back, provided he’s loaned back to them until the end of the season. Juventus have inquired as well. He moved to Serie A from Torpedo Kutaisi a year ago, progressively earning a bigger role.
The relegation strugglers would like to utilize the same formula for Anjorin. The Bianconeri, Napoli, Atalanta, and Torino have shown strong interest. They got him for free last summer but will owe Chelsea 50 percent of the fee for his future departure. He’s under contract until 2027 and makes €300k annually. He has tallied three assists so far.
They could lose one midfielder and be fine, while it’d be tougher if the defender departed. The former could be a nice flier for the Old Lady, which needs more than one man there, while Milan are set unless they sell one. The midfielder fits any side given his all-around skillset. The Rossoneri, the Partenopei, and Atalanta aren’t particularly deep.
