Milan ultras have announced that they will abandon San Siro after the opening 15 minutes of the last game of the season against Monza, leaving players and directors ‘alone with their shame.’

Milan ultras have already organised a big protest for Saturday’s Serie A game against Monza, the Rossoneri’s last season encounter.

Their 3-1 loss against Roma on Sunday left the Diavoli out of European competition for 2025-26.

Milan’s next rivals, Monza, also have nothing to play for, having been relegated to Serie B a few weeks ago.

Milan ultras will use the final matchday to protest against club owner Gerry Cardinale, directors and players.

“From Casa Milan, we will move to the stadium where we’ll enter for the first 15 minutes, making our voices heard inside San Siro,” The Curva Sud ultras wrote in a statement, via Calciomercato.com.

“Then we’ll abandon them, leaving them alone with their shame. With civility and respect that have always distinguished us. In full respect of everyone’s view, a massive turnout at both events on Saturday will be essential to send a clear message from the entire Rossoneri fanbase.”

Milan ultras have already been highly critical of the club, urging owner Cardinale to sell the club multiple times.

The Rossoneri have won the Supercoppa Italia this season, but hired two coaches, Paulo Fonseca and Sergio Conceiçao, failing to secure a European placement for the first time since 2019-20.
