Mirassol host RB Bragantino in the Brasileirão at the Maião on Sunday, 5 April 2026, with the hosts seeking to climb out of the relegation places and the visitors looking to consolidate their Copa Sudamericana ambitions.
These sides last met in January, when Mirassol and RB Bragantino drew 0-0 in the Paulista. The stakes are clearer now: Mirassol start in 19th, while the visitors are 11th.
Mirassol have taken one point from their past five league games, losing four on the spin, including a 3-2 defeat at Botafogo last time out. Braga snapped a four-match winless run by beating Flamengo 3-0 at home.
Mirassol are without suspended forward Negueba. Massa Bruta, meanwhile, have forwards Eduardo Sasha and Fernando among several injuries, with defenders Guzmán Rodríguez and Vanderlan also sidelined. Midfielder Ignacio Sosa is suspended, while goalkeeper Fabrício and midfielder Davi Gomes are also out.
Mirassol have scored 10 and conceded 13 in eight league matches, and may look to lean on home form that has yielded five of their six points. Braga have nine scored and 10 conceded from nine, and only two goals away, so margins could be tight.
A win would move Mirassol to nine points and could lift them towards safety. Victory would take Massa Bruta to 14 points and could push them into the top half, strengthening their Sudamericana bid.
