Monaco question Florian Thauvin’s Ligue 1 March award on X | OneFootball

Monaco reacted with irony after Florian Thauvin was named Ligue 1’s player of the month for March, with Folarin Balogun and Maghnes Akliouche also in contention.

As reported by L'Équipe, the Principality club replied on X to the UNFP’s announcement, saying it must have missed a few episodes.

Monaco had won all three of their March matches, including at the Parc des Princes against PSG and away at Lyon.

The club also posted a video of goals by Akliouche and Balogun, highlighting the contributions of the French and American internationals.

Balogun had scored seven goals across his last seven matches.
