Monaco’s Kassoum Ouattara reaches agreement to join Beşiktaş | OneFootball

AS Monaco’s Kassoum Ouattara (21) is reported to have reached an agreement with Beşiktaş JK to join the Istanbul-based club, according to Foot Mercato.

Positive talks have been facilitated by Vincenzo Italiano, who has managed to convince the Paris-born player to move to the shores of the Bosphorus.

Whilst negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing, a deal worth around €10 million could satisfy all parties. However, this does not prevent the Monaco club from considering offers from other suitors. One such suitor, reportedly from the Premier League, is said to be interested, but is said to be less advanced in their negotiations than their Turkish counterpart.

Under contract with ASM until 2028, Ouattara is therefore likely to consider his move to the Rock with a view to establishing himself as a first-team regular in the long term. Having made 24 appearances, including seven in the Champions League, across all competitions last season, the French Under-21 international (four caps) provided a total of four assists.
