Aston Villa forward Morgan Rogers has committed his future to the club by signing a new long-term contract, extending his stay at Villa Park until 2031.
The 23-year-old has quickly established himself as a key figure under Unai Emery since joining from Middlesbrough in early 2024. His blend of pace, power and technical ability has made him a fan favourite and an important part of Villa’s attacking line-up.

Rogers has enjoyed a breakthrough year, impressing both domestically and in European competition, while earning recognition at international level.
The new deal reflects Villa’s confidence in his development and their determination to keep hold of one of English football’s most exciting young talents.
Speaking after putting pen to paper, Rogers expressed his delight at extending his contract, describing Villa as the “perfect environment” to continue his progression. Head coach Emery praised the forward’s attitude and improvement, calling him a “vital player for the future” of the team.
The announcement marks another statement of intent from Aston Villa as they continue to strengthen their core group of players in pursuit of sustained success in the Premier League and beyond.
