Mostafa Mohamed misses Nantes return after Egypt World Cup omission | OneFootball

Mostafa Mohamed did not report for Nantes' return to training on Wednesday, after he was left out of Egypt's World Cup squad.

On Thursday, Ouest-France reported he has not been seen at La Jonelière since and that the club and his adviser are without news.

The 28-year-old has been at Nantes for four years and has one year remaining on his contract.

He initially joined on loan before making the move permanent from Galatasaray in 2023 for €6.5m.

This season, he scored four goals in 24 Ligue 1 appearances.
