Bayern Munich's obscene 2025/26 season has taken a historic twist during their away day at St. Pauli.
Vincent Kompany's men, who can extend their lead over rival Dortmund at the summit of the Bundesliga with another three-point haul, have equaled a goal tally not seen since the heyday of Franz Beckenbauer.
German star Jamal Musiala broke the deadlock for the visitors inside the 10-minute mark at Millerntor-Stadion, bagging Bayern's 101st goal of the domestic campaign, 40+ more than Dortmund with five matches to spare.
And with that, Musiala added his name alongside der Kaiser as the man to achieve that same feat back in the 1971/72 season.
Fifty years on, Bayern continue to prove that they truly are the kings of German football.
