Nantes have been ordered to play one home game behind closed doors at Stade de la Beaujoire, with the Loire stand shut for two further matches, following disorder against Toulouse.
According to L'Équipe, the club will not be docked points as they begin life in Ligue two.
The game was halted when home supporters entered the pitch in protest at relegation, causing incidents that forced the referee to stop play.
The LFP disciplinary commission also confirmed the score at the time of the definitive stoppage, 0-0 on 17 May.
The abandoned fixture formed part of the 34th and final round of Ligue one.
