Napoli and Lazio eye Sérgio Conceição for head coach role | OneFootball

Serie A outfits Napoli and Lazio are probing Al-Ittihad head coach Sérgio Conceição as a potential replacement for their respective managers. 

According to a report by TMW, the former Milan coach could make a comeback to Italy after twelve months of leaving as the Biancocelesti have already inquired about the Portuguese to replace Maurizio Sarri. 

The Partenopei are also probing the situation surrounding Conceição, who is looking to return to Europe after managing Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad. While Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis intends to part ways with their current coach Antonio Conte at the end of the season, Conceição remains an option to be looked at and is not a final call. 

Apart from the Serie A, the 51-year-old head coach could also go to the Ligue 1 as Marseille have shown interest in acquiring his services. He was one of the two managers, including Stefano Pioli to win a trophy at Milan since 2016.
