Nice and Le Havre shared a 1-1 draw on Sunday, Mory Diaw outstanding while Mohamed-Ali Cho made little impact.

According to L'Équipe, Diaw topped the ratings after a string of decisive stops. Early on, Yéhvann Diouf beat away a Doucouré volley on 14 minutes, then Diaw denied Cho on 16.

Nice went ahead on 59 minutes, Diaw parrying a Mendy volley before Abdi swept in.

Diaw later turned aside a rising strike from Clauss on 81 minutes. Diouf preserved the point by blocking Ally Samatta’s low shot on 84.

Samatta scored Le Havre’s goal with a neat finish on the turn, his first in Ligue 1, and threatened throughout. Diouf was left exposed as Ndiaye and Samatta combined against Melvin Bard for that move.

Cho received a rating of three, quiet aside from his early chance and short on intensity in the duels.

Bard also scored three, emblematic of a back three that offered little, sometimes shaken physically and loose in his distribution. Hicham Boudaoui was given four, bright before the break but culpable for letting Samatta run free for the goal.
