Nice forward Terem Moffi expected in Porto for loan with 8 million euros option | OneFootball

Terem Moffi is expected in Porto on Thursday. According to L'Équipe, Nice and the Portuguese club are understood to have agreed a loan with an option to buy valued at 8 million euros.

The Nigerian striker has been sidelined since 1 December, two days after he was physically confronted by Nice supporters following a 1-3 defeat at Lorient on 30 November.

After two months out and the start of a stand-off with his club, he is set to leave the Côte d'Azur without taking a case to an employment tribunal, which he had considered.

Talks ran for several days with his entourage, who were in Nice in recent hours. Porto had been monitoring his situation closely.

The 26-year-old remains under contract with Nice until June 2027.
