Amaimouni-Echghouyab, Amenda, Brown, Chaibi, Doan, Skhiri, Theate, Uzun and Wahi have been named in their countries’ final squads. All the info and group fixtures at a glance.

The footballing highlight of the year is fast approaching. From 11 June to 19 July 2026, the 23rd FIFA World Cup will take place in Canada, Mexico and USA. Eintracht Frankfurt will be represented at the tournament by nine players, after the deadline for national associations to submit their final squads passed on 1 June. Two others will be touring the world for friendlies.

Ayoube Amaimouni-Echghouyab (Morocco), Aurèle Amenda (Switzerland), Nathaniel Brown (Germany), Farès Chaibi (Algeria), Ritsu Doan (Japan), Ellyes Skhiri (Tunisia), Arthur Theate (Belgium) and Can Uzun (Türkiye) have all been selected.
