Nkunku wants to remain at Milan despite Mateta’s arrival | OneFootball

Christopher Nkunku will most likely remain at AC Milan.

The French striker, despite the Rossoneri’s influx of players, has reportedly not expressed any intention of leaving Milan this transfer window.

The imminent arrival of Jean-Philippe Mateta in Milan therefore does not appear to impact the former Leipzig player’s position, as he intends to remain at Massimiliano Allegri’s disposal.

This situation makes the possibility of his transfer to Roma, which has recently made an interest in the 1997-born player, increasingly complex.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Nkunku isn’t interested in changing teams, effectively closing the door on an immediate departure.

It remains to be seen whether Roma will attempt to continue discussions in the coming hours to convince the former Leipzig player, or whether the Giallorossi management will decide to focus on other players to satisfy Gian Piero Gasperini’s demands for a left-footed winger.
