It has been a week of jubilation for the Gunners, ever since Manchester City were held to a draw by Bournemouth to confirm Arsenal as Premier League champions.

The Arsenal players, and even Mikel Arteta, ended up at Tape nightclub in London that night.

Madueke is said to have led that party, grabbing the microphone and rapping throughout the night.

He laughed: “Who told you that?

“Sources, yeah? You must have good sources!

“Listen, I was hosting. It was a good party, for sure, and it turned out great. I was hosting the party, it was my party.”

Arsenal finally got their hands on the Premier League trophy on Sunday afternoon at Selhurst Park.

Claiming one piece of major silverware in his first season at the club was a special moment for Madueke but he is confident there is more to come.

Arsenal fly out to Budapest on Thursday, two days before they face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League and attempt to complete an historic double.

“Man, that would be amazing,” Madueke said.

“Champions League is so big, you know. Premier League is massive, but the Champions League is so big.

“To be able to do that for the first time in the history of the club would be amazing.

“To then celebrate it with all the Arsenal fans would be the cherry on top.”

Arsenal will hold an open-top bus parade through the streets of north London on Sunday, regardless of what happens against PSG.

Tens of thousands have gathered at the Emirates over the past week for impromptu celebrations and huge crowds are expected at the parade.

Madueke paid tribute to the role the fans have played in success this season, particularly those who lined the streets to welcome the Arsenal team coaches to the Emirates before kick-off against Atletico Madrid and Burnley.

"The support was great," Madueke said.

"Last few weeks, last couple of home games. Flares and all of them banging on the buses definitely gave us that little push that we needed, that little edge. Thank God, we've got over the line."

There have been some suggestions that winning the Premier League will lift the weight off the shoulders of the Arsenal players, allowing them to play with freedom and enjoy the occasion in Budapest.

However, Madueke insisted there is no respite from the pressure on him and his team-mates - and he would not expect anything else.

"No, it's separate," Madueke said.

"The pressure of the Champions League is there, but pressure is with us all the time. This is Arsenal Football Club. One of the biggest teams in England.

"The Champions League is of course the big one so we're looking forward to it."
