FLW's Norwich City expert Zeke Downes is feeling the excitement surrounding winter singing Mohamed Toure.

Norwich City spent their winter transfer window chasing Bodø/Glimt striker Kasper Hogh, but have seemingly struck gold after landing Mohamed Toure instead.
The Canaries' interest in the Dane was well-documented in the January window, and with summer signing Jovon Makama suffering an injury and Josh Sargent not currently playing - which comes after an alleged personal remark was directed at him during a club meeting, with the USA international wanting a move to MLS side Toronto - it could have been a disaster if they did not land an alternative.
Norwich submitted a bid of around €8m towards the end of the window for Hogh, which eventually amounted to nothing due to the Norwegian side's progression into the knockout stages of the Champions League - instead, the Yellows opted to sign Toure from Danish side Randers instead, in a deal worth an initial £2.6m.
Many weren't sure what to expect from the young Australian, and some were disappointed after missing out on Hogh. However, their new acquisition has made a fast start to life in England, leaving Canaries supporters rather pleasantly surprised.

Toure has scored five goals in his first three games for Philippe Clement's side, four of which came in the Championship, including a full-debut hat-trick against Oxford United, and this form has certainly squashed any disappointment of not landing Hogh.
Following the 21-year-old's electric start to life in yellow and green, Football League World spoke to their resident Norwich fan pundit, Zeke Downes, to gather his thoughts on his side's new star striker.
"I think no one was expecting a start as quick as he's had. No one really knew anything about him at all," Zeke told FLW.
"I think it was a signing that people were a bit like 'that's not what we wanted' because we all wanted Kasper Hogh, but I didn't think too much either way because Clement has got pretty much everything right, so there's nothing to really worry about.

"In terms of him already getting four goals in the space of about 90 minutes, they were all quite different, but they all showed different qualities of his game that will hopefully turn him into a really good striker.
"His movement, pace, positioning, finishing, everything looks top quality already, and I think even Clement was a bit shocked that it'd all happened as quickly as this.
"The third goal especially [against Oxford]. Yes, it was a mistake by one of their players, but how he attacked it and then finished it nicely when a lot of other players in this league would've skied the ball, or it would've gone straight into the keeper's arms."
It's fair to say that Toure has made a big impression on his new supporters in a short space of time, going from an unknown signing to a smash hit in the space of a couple of weeks.

Clement has completely revolutionized what was a struggling Norwich side when he arrived, bringing in a whole new identity which yields plenty of goals and strong results.
Zeke also touched on this as a reason for Toure's fast start, as Clement's system is providing plenty of chances for the young forward, and making for a hugely exciting future for supporters at Carrow Road.
"It's something that is really exciting and Clement has already mentioned in the past that in his teams, the strikers get a lot of opportunities, and he is already reaping the benefits of this," Downes added.
"To have Makama out injured when we all thought that was going to be the end of our season, we've now got the next striker in line who seems to do exactly the same as him.
"It's all very exciting, and he was really cheap in the end, so he was a bargain. He's young, and he's got a lot of room to grow.
