Vitor Pereira has confirmed his Nottingham Forest starting XI to face Burnley this afternoon, with England international Elliot Anderson starting and Chris Wood and Murillo fit. He missed the Porto tie following the death of his mother.
According to Nottingham Post, Pereira makes four changes from the Europa League win over Porto, bringing in Matz Sels, Nikola Milenkovic, Anderson and Dilane Bakwa for Stefan Ortega, Jair Cunha, Nicolas Dominguez and Dan Ndoye.
Sels starts behind a back four of Ola Aina, Milenkovic, Murillo and Neco Williams. Anderson partners Ibrahim Sangare in midfield.
Bakwa joins Morgan Gibbs-White and Omari Hutchinson to support striker Wood. The bench is Ortega, Morato, Taiwo Awoniyi, Dominguez, Igor Jesus, Ryan Yates, Jair, James McAtee and Luca Netz.
Forest are on a season-best six-match unbeaten run after Thursday’s 1-0 victory over Porto sealed a 2-1 aggregate win and a place in the Europa League semi-finals against Aston Villa.
They have six league games left in a tight relegation battle. Tottenham Hotspur’s 2-2 draw with Brighton closed the gap to two points, and West Ham United are one behind before visiting Crystal Palace on Monday.
