Official: Barcelona announce Aziz Issah signing | OneFootball

La Liga champions Barcelona have on Monday announced the signing of youngster Aziz Issah on a permanent basis.

For those not familiar with his name, attacker Issah actually spent the last two years plying his trade on the books of Barcelona. As part of an agreement with Dreams FC in his home country of Ghana, the 20-year-old linked up with Barca Atlètic – the club’s reserve outfit – on loan.

This past season, Issah racked up 20 appearances, chipping in with four goals and an assist along the way.

And as alluded to above, in the process, the talented winger evidently did enough to convince those in a position of power at the Camp Nou of his readiness to contribute long-term in Catalunya’s capital.

As per a statement across Barcelona’s official website and social media platforms on Monday:

‘FC Barcelona and Dreams FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of Aziz Issah for two seasons, until June 30, 2028. The agreement includes the option to extend the contractual link for one more season.’
