Official: Ivan Juric replaces Gasperini at Atalanta | OneFootball

Ivan Juric is officially back in Serie A less than a year from his sacking at Roma.

The Croatian manager was selected as Gian Piero Gasperini’s replacement at Atalanta following the 67-year-old’s decision to join Roma.

The Bergamo club has made the arrival of the former coach of Hellas Verona, Torino and Roma, among others, official through its official social profiles and with a note on its website:

“Atalanta BC is pleased to announce that, starting from 1 July, the role of technical manager of the First Team will be entrusted to Ivan Jurić, a 49-year-old coach from Split who has 371 professional benches under his belt, 249 of which in Serie A. Ivan Jurić has signed a two-year contract with the Nerazzurri Club, which runs until 30 June 2027.”

Juric signed a two-year contract valid until June 2027 worth approximately 2 million euros net per season, with 500 thousand euros in bonuses.
