The squad of players called upon by La Liga giants Real Madrid for the club’s next outing has on Friday been unveiled online.

And it features one altogether noteworthy return.

Real Madrid are primed to play out their final pre-international break fixture on Saturday.

Tuning focus back towards matters on the domestic front following a dominant victory in the Champions League in midweek, Los Blancos will play host to Villarreal in a La Liga clash.

Xabi Alonso’s troops head into the matchup in the knowledge that a three-point haul would see them, at least temporarily, reclaim top spot in the Spanish top-flight table.

And as alluded to above, on Friday, the squad of players entrusted with as much has been unveiled.

The headline inclusion comes in the form of Éder Militão, called back up after missing out against Kairat through a fitness problem.
