Official | Monaco complete signings of three prospects

The transfer window may have closed, however, AS Monaco remain proactive in recruiting talent and have completed the signings of three young prospects, the club have confirmed.
Matthias Wamu (16) is one of the three to have joined the club. The midfielder has spent his youth career in Belgium, making his way up the ladder, all the way to playing for Jong Genk, the youth side of Belgian giants KRC Genk. The midfielder, who can also play in defence, has accumulated 20 caps for the Belgium youth sides.
He is joined at Monaco by Daryl Leunga Leunga (17). The centre-back is a Belgium U16 international and has spent his entire youth career at Standard Liege. He was included in the first-team squad for Standard Liege’s first two league games of the season, without making an appearance.
Finally, Denmark youth international Ekene Chukwuani (16) has also joined the Principality club. Having featured at U17 level for Denmark, the centre-forward has joined Les Monégasques from Brøndby. All three players will play for Monaco’s Groupe Élite youth side.
