Official: Real Madrid star wins La Liga award | OneFootball

A member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has on Tuesday secured for himself an individual award.

The player in question? Arda Güler.

Youngster Arda is for his part of course in the midst of what has been a brilliant start to the new campaign.

Finally afforded a prominent role in Spain’s capital by new boss Xabi Alonso, the Turk has responded with a string of top performances.

Taking to the pitch from a deeper midfield role, Arda has showcased an impressive repertoire of abilities, from passing to dribbling, vision and beyond.

Such talents have already culminated in six direct goal contributions in La Liga alone.

Four such contributions have come in the month of September, enough to secure for the 20-year-old a place amongst the nominees for U23 Player of the Month last week.

And as alluded to above, on Tuesday, Arda has officially beaten out the competition, to secure the prestigious accolade:
