Real Madrid have announced their starting lineup that will take on arch-rivals Barcelona at Camp Nou this evening.
Alvaro Arbeloa’s men are going through a tough spot right now, with immense unrest in the dressing room.
However, the biggest positive for Los Blancos is the return of Thibaut Courtois. The Belgian has been injured for a month but has made it in time for the Barcelona clash.
Courtois will start in between the sticks ahead of Andriy Lunin. He will be supported by the central defensive pairing of Antonio Rudiger and Dean Huijsen. Trent and Fran Garcia occupy the fullback places, with the latter starting ahead of Alvaro Carreras.
In midfield, Aurelien Tchouameni starts despite being fined by the club following his brawl with Federico Valverde, who was left injured and sidelined.
Tchouameni will operate alongside Eduardo Camavinga and Jude Bellingham in the Real Madrid midfield.
In the attack, Kylian Mbappe is missing once again, meaning the onus will be on Vinicius Jr. to provide the goods. He will be supported by fellow attackers Brahim Diaz and Gonzalo Garcia.
