The winner of the award for Real Madrid Player of the Month for August has late this week been unveiled online.

This comes amid confirmation that Kylian Mbappé has beaten out the competition to scoop the accolade.

Frontman Mbappé is for his part of course fresh off a fine start to the 2025/26 campaign.

Picking up exactly where he left off last season, the Frenchman has found the net three times in his first three outings in La Liga.

This tally could easily have been even more impressive, but the 26-year-old saw a further pair of strikes chalked off against Mallorca last weekend.

Mbappé, in turn, was earlier this week put forward as a candidate for Real Madrid Player of the Month, alongside teammates Vinícius Jr, Dean Huijsen, Arda Güler and Aurélien Tchouaméni..

And as alluded to above, on Friday, the former Paris Saint-Germain star has won out, just rewards for his ongoing excellence in Blancos colours.
