Ohashi brace powers Blackburn Rovers up to 19th after clinical first half

Blackburn Rovers beat Sheffield United 3-1 at Bramall Lane, climbing from 21st to 19th in the Championship after a first half surge as the Blades slipped to 14th.
Yuki Ohashi opened the scoring in the 12th minute, running onto Ryoya Morishita's through ball to finish low.
Morishita doubled the lead from close range (32.), and Ohashi then glanced in Ryan Alebiosu's cross on the stroke of half time (45.).
Chris Wilder made four changes at the interval and the Blades hit back when Harrison Burrows converted Thomas Cannon's cut-back (57.).
Balazs Toth saved smartly from Gustavo Hamer as Blackburn protected their advantage. The visitors' back line was resolute throughout.
The Blades had 67.1% possession and 13 attempts. Blackburn registered five shots on target from eight attempts.
