OL Lyonnes’ Champions League semi-final at Arsenal on the weekend of 25 or 26 April clashes with their trip to Nantes, and the 21st-round match should be moved to 29 April, according to L’Equipe.

Lyon reached a 15th Champions League semi-final by beating Wolfsburg 4-0 after extra time on Thursday, overturning a 0-1 first-leg defeat in Germany.

The London tie lands on the penultimate round of Première Ligue, leaving no scope to fulfil both fixtures.

The proposed new date would come only three or four days before the return leg, planned for 2 or 3 May in Décines, in parallel with Lyon - Rennes in Ligue 1.

Already assured of finishing top of the regular season, Lyon could rotate and hand minutes to academy players.
