OL are piecing together a pre-season that could include six friendlies, two still to be arranged, plus three of the four Champions League qualifying rounds before Ligue 1 begins at Toulouse on 22 August.
According to Le Progres, if all goes to plan OL could reach that opener having already played nine matches across warm-ups and European qualifiers.
Ten days after returning to training, OL will host Mâcon 71 on 8 July behind closed doors in Décines, then face Saint-Gall three days later.
On 15 July the first public run-out is set for Stade Pierre-Rajon in Bourgoin-Jallieu against Servette.
From 19 to 24 July, the squad will decamp to Bavaria at the Adidas Camp, where two further friendlies still need to be lined up at either end of the stay, nearby or on site.
Preparation is then due to conclude in southern Spain, with a sixth friendly in Cadiz on 29 July against Bétis.
A short week will separate that trip from the first official outing, the Champions League third qualifying round, with the second leg scheduled for 11 or 12 August. The play-off tie would follow over the next two weeks.
