OL to face Fenerbahçe or Sturm Graz if they reach Champions League play-offs | OneFootball

Lyon now know who could await them in the Champions League play-offs, should they come through their tie with Sparta Prague.

As reported by Le Progres, Monday's draw in Nyon set up a potential meeting with the winners of Fenerbahçe of Türkiye and Sturm Graz of Austria. OL were drawn second, so the first leg would be away on 18 or 19 August, with the return at home a week later.

The draw also keeps Lyon away from the winners of Olympiakos and NEC Nijmegen.

Before any of that, Paulo Fonseca's side face Sparta Prague in the third qualifying round, starting on Tuesday 4 August at the epet Arena in the Czech capital.

The return is scheduled for 11 August at Groupama Stadium, with Corentin Tolisso and his team-mates needing to negotiate the tie before looking ahead.
