Oladimeji Abdulmuiz joins this Swedish club

Oladimeji “Muiz” Abdulmuiz, 17, Gothia Cup champion with the Nigerian academy Beyond Limits, has signed with Swedish club Elfsborg. The young midfielder has committed to the Borås side with a contract running until summer 2029.

“We are very happy to welcome Muiz and it will be exciting to follow his development with us,” said Elfsborg manager Stefan Andreasson on the club’s official website. Muiz described his strengths as follows:

The player will spend a few weeks in Borås before returning to Nigeria. His full integration into the club is scheduled for this summer, when he turns 18. Several clubs were interested, but Elfsborg ultimately secured the signature of this promising young talent.
