As part of OneFootball's collaboration series with Shoot Music we're interviewing an artist every week about their love of football.

This week it's Manchester City fan and drummer in Doves, Andy Williams.
When did you start supporting Manchester City and why?Â
Me and my brother Jez were born in 1970 and no one in our family were particularly mad City or United fans, so it wasn't until the early to mid 80's that we both picked City as the one's to follow. Probably heavily influenced by being packed off to 'Mike Summerbee's Soccer School' once during the summer holidays.
In the pre-Abu Dhabi era, what was your favourite Man City memory?
Being at Wembley in '99 for the play-off against Gillingham stands head and shoulders above the rest. Nicky Weaver saving the penalty and then legging it off for a lap around the Stadium was just brilliant!
What would you consider to be a 'good' season for City this time around?
We've had an amazing time of it over the past ten years or more so just to keep that going and being able to stay in the fight for titles and trophies is enough.
Where does Erling Haaland rank amongst City's best-ever players?
It's hard to place him as our best this or 2nd best that etc, he's kind of in his own league or whatever you want to call it.
Can you tell us about your new single 'Spirit Of Your Friend'…Â
We've got a new  'Best of ...' coming out and the label asked us if we had any new/unheard material to include alongside the more well known tracks. We did a bit of digging and found a track from a few years back that we hadn't entirely finished off at the time so Jez spent a bit of time editing and polishing it up. We're really happy with it and it's made us think we should do a bit more digging in the vaults!
Doves new single 'Spirit Of Your Friend' is out now.
