Luis Enrique’s side made the ideal start to the Champions League semi-final second leg in Munich, Ousmane Dembélé putting PSG 1-0 up inside the third minute after a rapid break.
PSG had won the first leg 5-4. As reported by L'Équipe, the visitors again punished Bayern with sheer speed in transition.
Fabian Ruiz released Khvicha Kvaratskhelia down the left. He drew defenders then cut back for Dembélé, who drilled high under the bar past Manuel Neuer.
The move took three passes and sliced through Bayern’s block, exposing the space behind their defence. Dembélé converted the first clear chance as the intensity mirrored the opener in Paris.
The early strike put Paris two goals to the good on aggregate at 6-4, leaving Bayern needing a rapid response.
