Clearly no longer part of Hansi Flick’s plans anymore, a recent update from Fichajes now claims that every party believes that a transfer away from the club in the summer would be the best option for the young forward.

Despite being once regarded as the crown jewel of the team and the answer that will solve a lot of Barça’s problems, Ansu Fati saw it all come crashing down. Recurring injuries and a clear loss of confidence have now left the Spanish forward completely shattered and merely a shell of his former self.

However, even beyond the sporting point of view, previous reports claimed that the player was even seen as a financial liability due to his high salary for a player who barely even participates in games. Thus, considering all the current downsides, it makes sense as to why Barcelona would consider letting go of the player.

Now, moving forward, Barcelona wish to find a solution that benefits all involved parties. Similarly, the player’s camp sees it as a good decision for his future for him to change his club as well. It is considered essential for the player to find more regular playing time and establish himself once again with both consistency and confidence.
