City travel to Palermo's Renzo Barbera Stadium for the inaugural edition of the Anglo Palermitan Trophy at 20:00 (UK) on Saturday 9 August.
This match is a key milestone of anniversary celebrations for Palermo, who this season celebrate 125 years since their inception as the Anglo Palermitan Athletic & Football Club.
The Anglo Palermitan Trophy commemorates the Sicilian club’s maiden fixture against a team of British sailors in 1900.
CITY+ subscribers can watch the Anglo Palermitan Trophy live and in full on mancity.com and our official app.
We’ll have a full Matchday Live show brought to you from Sicily, with presenters Natalie Pike and Cel Spellman joined over there by Club legend Steph Houghton.
Once it kicks off, there will then be commentary from Alistair Mann and Nicky Weaver as you watch the game unfold.

Iconic striker Filippo Inzaghi has been appointed as the new manager this summer to a great fanfare in Sicily.
Inzaghi made a name for himself as one of the greatest finishers of his generation during his playing days, scoring 288 goals in 623 professional appearances including four seasons at Juventus and 11 at AC Milan.
Since retiring, he’s taken several jobs in the top three tiers of Italian football with the likes of Milan, Bologna and Venezia.
Last season he guided Pisa to promotion from Serie B before making the move to Sicily.
Captain Matteo Brunori was last season’s joint-top scorer with nine goals, alongside Finnish international Joel Pahjanpalo who only arrived from Venezia in February after a spectacular spell there.
A name City fans will recognise is defensive midfielder Claudio Gomes. The 25-year-old was at the Club from 2018 to 2022 before making the move to Sicily.
The full internationals throughout the squad include Senegal goalkeeper Alfred Gomis, USA full-back Kristoffer Lund and Polish centre-back Patryk Peda.
The manager will speak to media in Sicily on Friday 8 August and we'll have full coverage across mancity.com and our official app.
This represents our first outing since the FIFA Club World Cup Round of 16 extra time defeat to Al-Hilal in Orlando.
That was a game that ebbed and flowed, with City taking the lead through Bernardo Silva just nine minutes in.
Al-Hilal responded with two goals in the first six minutes of the second half through Marcos Leonardo and Malcom before Erling Haaland quickly equalised.
The Saudi Arabian side again took the lead early in extra time through Kalidou Koulibaly before Phil Foden’s 100th City goal pulled us level.
However, it was Leonardo who proved the match winner late on for Al-Hilal.
