Palmeiras have made an enquiry for Coritiba goalkeeper Pedro Morisco as they map out plans for 2027.

According to Nosso Palestra, Palmeiras contacted the player's representatives a few weeks ago to understand conditions for a possible 2027 transfer.

The club are working with the concrete possibility of Marcelo Lomba leaving at the end of 2026 and are exploring replacements. In recent weeks they signed Bruno Bertinato after selling Kaique to Sporting of Portugal.

Despite the approach, a deal is considered very difficult. Morisco received his first Brazil call-up for friendlies in the upcoming FIFA window.

Coritiba will complicate any negotiation and believe the 22-year-old should receive offers from major European clubs. The Paraná side have already rebuffed interest from Flamengo and Bahia in recent windows.
