Palmeiras have turned down an approach from English club Aston Villa for forward Allan. According to Globo.com, Villa signalled a 30 million euros package, comprising 25 million euros up front and five million euros in guaranteed add-ons, with a five-year deal plus a further year.
Director of football Anderson Barros informed agent Paulo Pitombeira that the club would not negotiate the 22-year-old.
The board and coaching staff regard Allan as a key piece for the 2026 cycle, with scope for increased value and minutes, as the team pursues the Brasileiro, Copa do Brasil and Conmebol Libertadores titles this season.
This stance has defined the current window, with Palmeiras also rejecting an offer of around 20 million euros from Spartak Moscow, of Russia, for striker Flaco López.
The club are intent on keeping their core players to sustain a strong squad for the second half of the year. They lead the Campeonato Brasileiro and are in the last 16 of both the Copa do Brasil and the Libertadores.
Allan was promoted to the first team last season and started regularly in the first half of this year before serving a two-match suspension for a red card. In 2026 he has six goals and four assists in 34 appearances for Palmeiras.
