Paris FC’s Willem Geubbels courted by Serie A clubs | OneFootball

Paris FC’s Willem Geubbels (24) has attracted interest from several clubs, including some in Serie A, according to reports in L’Équipe.

Having joined from FC St Gallen last summer, the Villeurbanne-born player has had a mixed season in the Capital. Flitting between starting and substitute roles, the Olympique Lyonnais academy graduate made 27 appearances (15 as a starter) across all competitions, finding the net five times and providing one assist.

A rather meagre tally for a player on whom PFC spent no less than €9m to make him one of the attacking pillars of the first year of the Parisian project. Under contract until 2030, Geubbels is therefore emerging as a serious candidate for a move, whilst his strike partner Jean-Philippe Krasso (29) is also set to leave.

A Paris FC player since 2024, the Ivorian played a key role in the club’s promotion to Ligue 1, before seeing his form dip last season, having suffered a knee injury in early April.
