Paris Saint-Germain reissues its iconic red jersey from 1975 | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain is honouring some of those who have shaped its history by reissuing the club’s iconic 1975 red jersey, launched at the time with RTL. This vintage and highly emblematic piece is now available in a limited edition.

Celebrating generational ties

As a veritable piece of club history, this Paris Saint-Germain jersey is much more than just an item of sportswear. This retro yet decidedly trendy reissue celebrates the passage of time, providing a unique link between generations of fans. Representing both bygone days and modernity, it invites us to relive the emotion of the club’s early years while affirming the identity of today's PSG.

To highlight the launch, the club will celebrate several of its long-standing fans who have supported their team for more than 40 years and been there for all the great occasions along the way. Among them one of the very earliest supporters who has in turn transmitted his love for the blue and red to his son. A love for the club which transcends time!

Worn with pride by different generations, this jersey has become an object of passion and filiation, symbolising a deep attachment to the club.

An historic design

Created by Daniel Hechter, this red jersey with a wide central strip of dark blue has become a timeless reference. It symbolises the genesis of the club, the stirring emotions of the Parc des Princes and unforgettable encounters, starting with the very first Parisian derby against Red Star FC.

A jersey steeped in history with legends at its heart

This iconic jersey has been worn by club greats such as François M'Pelé, Jean-Marc Pilorget, Jean-Pierre Tokoto and legendary No. 11 Mustapha Dahleb. Through them, an entire chapter in PSG history has been brought back to life. This reissue pays tribute to their talent and passion, and to a generation of supporters who witnessed the birth of the club's ambition.
