Patrick Zabi to join Paris FC this summer after €25m move from Reims | OneFootball

Paris FC have confirmed the signing of Stade de Reims' Ivorian midfielder Patrick Zabi, 19, with the move to take effect in the summer. The club said in a statement on Thursday.

It follows the arrival of Rudy Matondo. As expected, he will remain with Reims until then, and Reims can rely on him as they push to return to Ligue 1.

Newcastle had also shown interest in the teenager.

To secure his signature, the wealthy promoted Paris club paid €25m.

His recruitment fits Paris’s strategy, developed with support from the Red Bull group, which brings know-how in this area.
