Paul Pogba starts for AS Monaco at Metz tonight, his first start in more than three years. According to Nice-Matin, Sébastien Pocognoli has picked him for the Ligue 1 match, which begins at 19:00.

Whatever the result, the occasion is notable as Pogba last began a match in April 2023 with Juventus. Monaco arrive seeking to halt a run of three without a win.
