Pedro Henrique, the 18-year-old Paysandu midfielder, has rejected interest from Flamengo and is weighing moves to Portugal, according to Globo.com.

Flamengo offered a place in their under-20s with a possible route to the senior squad in 2027. He declined, preferring to continue in professional football rather than return to youth level.

He has proposals from Estrela Amadora and Braga. Both clubs are willing to meet his R$ three million release clause. Paysandu would retain between 10% and 20% if a deal is agreed.

Any move would come at the opening of the international window in Portugal, which begins on one July.

The midfielder wants to play in Europe and is inclined to accept an offer that meets his expectations.

A youth product at Paysandu, he made his senior debut late in the 2025 Série B after squad departures. He featured in five games, starting four, and drew praise from the coaching staff.

Back from injury this season, he has nailed down a starting spot and won the Campeonato Paraense. In 2026 he has nine appearances and two goals.
