Peter Lim is in Valencia for the first time in about seven years, holding meetings with Javier Solís and Ron Gourlay during the transfer window. According to Superdeporte, the Singaporean businessman has returned to the city after a long absence.

Valencia’s majority shareholder has sat down with senior club figures while the market is active.

Lim has not attended a game at Mestalla since 2019, when he watched Valencia against Real Madrid in the club’s Centenary season.

In the seven years since that visit, the Lim ownership has seen Valencia endure some of the worst campaigns in their history, fighting to avoid relegation rather than competing for trophies and the UEFA Champions League.

His reappearance in the city comes mid window after years without visiting.
